Production Associate

Fill it, label it, pack it, ship it. Every order that leaves our warehouse goes through your hands. Part-time and after-school schedules welcome.

Detail cars on camera. Get paid extra.

Know your way around a car and don't mind a camera? Some days we'll put you on a car while our content creator films, and those days pay a bonus on top of your hourly rate.

Full job description

The short version

You'll run our fill line, pack orders, and keep the warehouse running clean and safe. No experience? That's fine. We'll teach you everything. You're our first hire on the floor, so you'll help decide how things get done as we grow.

What your day looks like

  • Filling, capping, and labeling bottles from big bulk totes
  • Checking every bottle before it ships: full, sealed, label on straight
  • Packing up orders and getting them out the door
  • Keeping counts on what we have and calling out what's running low
  • Wearing safety gear and following our chemical safety steps, every time
  • Keeping the place clean and ready for the next run

What you need

  • You show up when you say you will. That's honestly most of this job.
  • A crooked label bugs you
  • You can lift up to 30 lbs now and then (most of what you'll handle is lighter)
  • You follow safety rules even when nobody's watching
  • Reliable transportation to Henderson
  • 16 or older

The On-Camera Bonus

This is the fun part. If you can detail and you're comfortable on camera, you'll get days where your job is washing and detailing cars while our content creator films you. Those days pay a bonus on top of your hourly rate. Your work ends up in our videos, ads, and product pages. No detailing experience yet? We'll teach you that too.

  • You've worked in a warehouse, kitchen, retail stockroom, or anywhere fast-paced

Good to know

  • The warehouse is climate controlled and kept at 74 degrees year round. The chemicals like it that way, and so will you.
  • A lot of the work can be done sitting down.

We're starting from the ground floor, so there's nowhere to go but up. As Alchemist grows, so can your role and your pay. Raises and bigger responsibilities are on the table for people who show up and do good work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including after school. Exact hours set when you're hired.

The short version

You'll shoot photo and video of our products at work on real cars, edit it for each platform, and run our social accounts day to day. You'll shoot on our Panasonic Lumix S5II. What you make becomes our posts, our ads, and our product pages. When there's no shoot, you'll help on the fill line and packing table, like everyone else here.

What your day looks like

  • Shooting photo and video of cars getting detailed with our products on the Lumix S5II
  • Getting specific shots from shot lists for ads and product pages
  • Editing short-form for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
  • Posting, scheduling, and keeping our accounts active
  • Replying to comments and DMs, and getting technical questions to the right person
  • Pitching your own content ideas
  • Helping with production and fulfillment between shoots

What you need

  • A portfolio link showing content you've shot and edited (required)
  • Experience shooting on a mirrorless camera, not just a phone
  • An eye for light, framing, and a clean shot
  • Editing skills in any app
  • You know how each platform works and what's working on it right now
  • You can follow a shot list and still bring your own ideas
  • Reliable transportation to Henderson

Nice to have

  • Detailing experience
  • You're comfortable on camera
  • You know what keeps people watching past the first two seconds
