Shipping and Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, often within hours of receiving an order. Once shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Alchemist Car Care aims to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather-related issues.

Damages, Leaks, and Lost Packages
Alchemist Car Care carefully inspects all products before shipment to ensure quality and safety. In the event an item arrives damaged or leaking, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@alchemistcarcare.com. Please include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. While we strive to offer solutions for each case, Alchemist Car Care is not liable for damages or leaks occurring during transit. Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Non-Resale Policy
All products purchased from Alchemist Car Care are for personal use only and are not intended for resale. Any unauthorized reselling or redistribution of our products may lead to the termination of purchase privileges and may result in further legal action.

International Orders
Alchemist Car Care currently ships to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. Please check local regulations before ordering, as some detailing chemicals may be restricted from import.
